NowForce Version 5.6's new features and user interface upgrades are detailed below.

Policies Framework - Workplace Health and Safety Solution

The new Policies framework will assist companies in adapting to the challenging COVID-19 realities facing the workplace. The Policies framework is comprised of a collection of tools and rules that assist the organization in enforcing varying guidelines and behaviors in different parts of the organization.

Policies leverage the features in the modular, customizable NowForce mobile app. Features include messaging, exposure detection, forms and more. The NowForce mobile app seamlessly integrates with the Symphia NowForce Dispatcher system, using features such as location mapping, and secure reporting with complete privacy assurance. The new Policies feature enables your organization to holistically react and respond, effectively managing your workplace safety and ensuring all your Health and Safety Management requirements are met.

Exposure Notification (Contact Tracing)

Symphia NowForce is launching an Exposure Monitoring and Notification add-on integrated in the NowForce mobile app. This tool enables organizations to monitor social interactions in buildings and facilities while at the same time safeguarding the anonymity and privacy of the users. The Exposure Monitoring tool utilizes Bluetooth sensors to monitor social interactions, removing the requirement for location tracking.

Introducing Additional Licensing Options and Improved User Experience

Symphia NowForce has launched additional user licenses for NowForce mobile app users and for desktop users based on different personae. The new mobile app licenses can be provisioned according to your organization's specific user requirements. The desktop licenses for Dispatch Operator and Administrator have been retained.

New Profiles User Interface

The Profile Settings and Permissions have been enhanced in the Profiles Settings page. The improved user interface comes with exciting new intuitive functionality, making the creation and management of your organization's profiles easier and more effective.

Dashboard - New Business Intelligence Tool

A new Business Intelligence Tool, Dashboard, is now available as an add-on in Symphia NowForce Dispatcher.
